Try unplugging the unit for a couple minutes to see if the control board will reset. If this is happening after the oven has been on a while get a oven thermometer so you can be sure that the oven is not actually overheating. If the oven is not actually too hot, check the oven sensor. Below is a link on how to do this, look at 7, 8, 20 and 21. http://www.applianceaid.com/electric-range-repair-topics.php If the oven sensor is OK then check the connector where it attaches to the control board. If that is OK the odds are that the control board is toast.
