This is a boring video of my Samsung WF337AARXAA. Tub vibration starts around 1.3 min and the second min. Just moved and placed the washer into its place.....leveled it out but it was vibrating and knocking around and trying to balance the loads with every wash. I double checked the level and the issue continued. THEN, I noticed a leak so I opened up the back to find that both rear dampers (shocks) were dislodged from each other. The chrome shaft was removed from the plastic housing and the small hose going to the guide water (part # DC97-10417A) had cracked off the main part. I JB Welded the hose back to the water guide piece and reassembled the shocks an but it all back together. This video was taken with an empty load and it still knocked around as though it was unbalanced. What is wrong with this thing?

In the video, you can really see some tub movement around 2:25. Should I just replace the shocks? could it be a bearing?

Thanks!

I too have a Samsung WF337AARXAC. I have the same problem, I changed the spider which was not damaged and also changed both balancing rings which were bad. One had the ball bearings stuck to one side and the other the balls were not moving freely. The bearings are fine and the drum spins true and the shock are fine . The problem still persists after all these parts being replaced. What else could be the problem?
