I was getting the "clean light blinking 7 times" problem and resetting did not solve anything. I had a bad heating element and replaced with a new one.
The very next load after the heating element replaced blew the thermal fuse. I tested the TF and got no continuity. I know I can easily replace the TF but I have a feeling it will only fail again. Any ideas what could have caused the TF to blow?

I just had the same exact thing happen to me. I was planning on replacing the thermal fuse but am worried it will just blow again. Am I just over thinking it? Should I just replace it and see what happens or is there something else I should be looking for?
