Initially, 2H appeared in the countdown window and then the washer would complete the cycle. Now, some days later, the cycle counts down to 1 minute and stays at this value with the washer continuing to run water through the cleaning arms. The cycle never stops and when I push stop and open the door, I can see water standing in the bottom of the washer.

Most likely the problem with your dishwasher caused by the control module which has to be replaced.

- The part number for the control module is AP2802870

You can find the complete instructions in the one of my previous posts: http://forum.appliancepartspros...86-bosch-dishwasher.html

Hi Gene:

Thank you for your post, I have a slightly different model, but it looks the same and may be. The model on the side is SHX46a05uc/33

It is about 2 years old and I would like to get it repaired, it has worked great up until now, it does not drain, and has even turned on randomly.

From the forums it seems to almost definitely be the control module? DO you agree? Is this a hard part to replace, I would like to do it myself, but will hire someone if I have too, or it will take hours.

Can you also direct me to the correct part? The part I am finding is for a similiar model with the exception of the /33 being /14

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Sorry for the delay. From what you posted it's very hard to say what has to be done. Can you be more specific on the problem?

Gene.
