The griddle on my Thermador PCS484 cooktop will only heat if the control knob is set to the highest temperature position (and sometimes not even then).

Once lit (with control in highest temperature position) if the knob is moved to a lower set temperature, the ignitor goes off and the flames extinguish.

Ignitor is "glow" type (not spark).

What parts do I need?
