Is removing an over the range microwave a one man job? When i remove the screws from the top, will it be held in place by the bracket? Can I reuse the same bracket for a new microwave

It is two persons job by any manufacturer installation instructions.

I don't know how this microwave was installed.

Most likely you will have to use a bracket which comes with a new microwave.

Gene.
