I have a Whirlpool Washer LSR8010pq1 and its not spinning out clothes properly. What exactly is happening is the load will go through the wash cycle fine but, when it hits the spin cycle it pumps the water out and agitator will engage. After about 4 or 5 tries of resetting the spin cycle, readjusting the agitator and shifting the load around, the load will finally spin out. The problem seems to happen on just about load I run through no matter size or bulk of load. Could this be a clutch issue or something else that I have not thought of?

Spinning problems on these Whirlpool models are usually a clutch/brake issue. Here is the part Part number: AP3094537
and you will see a video link for how to repair it. Check the brakes when you are in there changing out the clutch.

Thanks! The clutch seems to be what the problem was and the washer is working great now. Very simple install.

Great, the clutch install is not hard, but not that simple so nice going on getting it in.
Thanks for the update
Good luck
