Thanks: 1 times
Everything on the microwave works except it doesnt heat anything. Light, timer, exhaust vent. The wave hums, and there is a slight ozone smell.

I tried to boil a cup of water....nada!

Is there a troubleshooting guide available?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Unplug the microwave. Remove the top grille and open the control panel. Disconnect the wires connected to the high voltage transformer primary winding. Attach the voltmeter probes to these wires and plug the microwave back.

Start the microwave with the door closed and check the voltage.

If the reading is about 120 VAC, replace the magnetron.

If the reading is incorrect, replace the smart board.

- The magnetron Part number: WB27X10017
Part number: WB27X10017

- The smart board Part number: WB27X10604
Part number: WB27X10604
