when the cook time is up the microwave keeps running , if you open the door it stops but when you close the door it starts running if i giggle the door it will stop Some time and then start up again

I would check the micro switches that are inside microwave. Look for a burnt out connection and switches. These switches control when to turn off or on the microwave accordingly to whetether the door is open or closed. They generally look like this
