Please help. I replaced the dryer belt yesterday and everything work out find. Then I turn it on I realized that the dryer heat core heat up really hot then it shut down. Now the dryer doesn't put out any more heat what so ever. I am sure the heat core is still good, I think one of the censor is shock. I could be wrong. Can any one please help. Tell me what to due. Hi Toan,

The first thing I would do is take the dryer apart (slow, one part at a time) and inspect all wires. Probably you got some wires crossed over or shorted.

Then check for continuity the thermal cut off (#6 on the bulkhead parts break down diagram) and the hi limit thermostat (#15 on the bulkhead parts break down diagram). Check the heating element for a short to the ground.

- The part number for the thermal cut off kit (included the hi limit thermostat) is AP3094244

- The part number for the heating element is AP3094254
