I am trying to remove the front panel of my cooktop on order to replace the two XLO potentiometers. After removing the screws at the bottom, it appears the front panel is held in place on the upper corners and I am not sure how to remove the panel. I don't want to pull it hard and bend/break anything.

As part of this exercise, I have removed the cooktop below the two XLO burners by drilling out the Venturi bolts holding it in place.

I figured it out from another post. After removing all knobs and the two bottom screws, the front panel is only held in place with double-sided tape on each side. Using a utility knife, gently pull one side while cutting the tape upward. The knife blade will fit between the front panel and the Bull Nose Assembly. Repeat on the other side. When you pull the bottom toward you, the top will release itself from the clips that held it in place. Too easy, but you just don't know when you are pulling it apart for the first time.
