The Gibson heater is not turning on. The tenants tried turning on the heater for the first time yesterday after using the AC all summer. I could hear the click when switching to heat from the off position, but the blower never turns on and it never gets warm at the heater.

I do not see a pilot light or a place to flip a switch on the heater itself. Is there a list of trouble shooting options you could suggest for us to try?
