Roper top load washer will not agitate or spin. It fills and drains but when it hits the agitate cycle it makes a humming noise but no movement. Can not move it by hand.

Most likely the problem caused by the worn out motor drive coupling.
In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the washer.
