Does it try to spin during the agitation? If it does then the problem is a bad transmission. - The part number for the transmission is AP2046402 Gene.

Gene I am not sure, It does it once every 2/3 loads, so I have not even seen where the water is coming from, takes a while to get to the cycle and sitting there several times waiting for it to leak gets real boreing, when it goes though the cycle and does not leak.
