This is a convection oven and microwave in one. I love this oven, but I bought brand new 2009. It started not turning. I had a GE repair man out for another appliance and he told me it was more than likely the motor. He gave me the model number I needed, we ordered and replace it. It worked initially and then worked sporadic, now it's not turning at all.

I have cleaned the wheels, the glass plate, etc. Did I get a defective motor from you or could it be anything else?

Hi Kelley,

You did not specify which motor you are talking about. What is the part number of the motor you replaced?

Gene.

The correct part number for the turntable motor is WB26X1019. Verify if it was typo or you got the wrong part.

How is the oven light working?

Gene.

yes that was a typo--WB26X10193

Yes oven light works-the only thing is that it does not turn-therefore uneven cooking

Had GE repair man out-he found that the shaft assembly had a crack in it; therefore when any weight it put on it, does not turn due to the slipping. I have ordered the part via AppliancePartsPros.com and hope this does the trick! that is an expensive service call for that being the issue :(
