Yesterday I accidently set the wrong time to bake a potato. When I came into the kitchen, smoke was pouring out of the vents and the potato was charred and smoking. After cleaning the oven, I baked another potato with no problem. Today the oven won't heat anything. Any suggestions as to how to resolve the problem would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi.
Are you able to program and start the microwave? Does it sounds normal but not heating?
Simon.

The microwave starts when the time is set, turntable rotates, it sounds normal, just won't heat.

Hi. You need to check two thermostats - one on the top of the microwave (take the cover off) and another one on the magnetron. If they checks OK - replace the magnetron Part number: WB27X10017
