Our Frigidaire dishwasher (model fdbb1940db2) indicator lights for sensing, washing, sanitized, clean are blinking in unison. None of the buttons work and there is no error code or anything on the display. I've shut the power off for 10 minutes. When I turn it back on I can press the start/cancel button and it acts like it is heating up and then it goes back to the indicators flashing.

Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting? The owners manual was useless in this aspect.

Thanks!

Hi Bill,

Most likely the problem is a bad switch assembly but there is a small chance for the control board to be bad as well. I would replace the switch first.
