In June, we arrived home to find water had leaked from our freezer and ruined newly finished wood floors. The large drip tube feeding the ice tray was frozen solid and the water line feeding the ice maker through the back of the unit began leaking whenever the ice maker would call for water. Using a hair dryer, I defrosted the entire assembly, cleaned, and reassembled. Everything seemed fine..... until last night. Same problem.

Does anybody have any ideas why the drip tube feed would freeze or what we can do to prevent this in the future?
