We ran our washer last night and this morning found it still full of water after the rinse cycle. Any ideas? TIA.

Check for a bad or broken lid switch is your first start.

Thanks. After my initial post, I turned the dial to the rinse position and the agitator worked with the lid open, and then it drained fine. Could the timer be the problem, or could the lid switch have an intermittent problem?
