There is a loud buzzing sound coming from the dryer. The dryer seems to be functioning properly. Drying times are normal. Flame appears when it should, however, when the flame is present the buzzing sound is present. I have replaced both coils and buzzing sound is unchanged. Are the new coils not good? Is the valve not good? Please help, this buzzing sound is very annoying. Thanks

Try to pinpoint that sound and post the results.

The sound appears to be coming from the coil/valve area. When the dryer is running and the flame is present, the buzzing sound is happening, and I disconnect the "two prong" coil, the flame goes out and the buzzing sound immediately stops. I plug the coil back 'in' and the buzzing sound immediately appears again.

I don't think it has something to do with the coils. More likely the problem is the gas valve itself.

- The gas valve assembly Part number: W10118347

Gene, I replaced the valve assembly and that fixed the issue.
Thank You :)

You are welcome. I'm glad you were able to fix it.
