kenmore frig. mod# 363.8791512 mfg date 8/89- water on inside bottom of frig under crisper drawers. have remove water twice a day or will build up and run out on floor. what is cause of this problem?both frig and freezer seem to be working and cooling properly NEED HELP ASAP

Hi.

Most likely there is a frozen condensation drain in the freezer.
Remove the rear panel in the freezer and using the blow dryer, hot water and patience clear the drain.
