My ice dispenser turn off and give not ice and water. What part do you think is the problem?

What happens when you push the water or ice dispenser lever? Would the dispenser make any noise? Would the dispenser light dim?

The refrigerator works very well. The ice maker make ice. When I push the water or ice dispenser lever it does't make any noise. The dispenser has not any light. Do you think it is always the same part which does't allow the dispenser light to turn on?

There are indicator lights above all buttons on the dispenser keypad. Also there is a light inside the dispenser which can be turned on and off.

If this indicator lights are always off, replace the main control board on the back of the refrigerator.
