Just replaced tumbler belt, reassembled dryer and ran test load. Dryer is now stopping before clothes are dry. What can I look into to solve this issue. Would I have discounted a wire in the blower or thermostat that would cause this. Dryer functioned just fine besides the previous belt broke. Heat is still being generated but the timing is off.

Yes you could have.
The most likely area is the moisture sensor (Item 13 in Section 6).
Shows is in lower right corner of the parts breakdown.

Moisture between the sensing bars gives a current path to ground/frame.
The board senses this current and keeps the dryer running.
The timer does not advance.
When the clothes are dry there is no moisture, so no current, so the unit advances to cool down/off.

Odds are that you may have knocked the wire going from the sensor to the frame off. There is no current path so the unit thinks the clothes are dry and advances the timer.
