I just moved in to a home (short sale) that had a jenn-air range. The range top works fine (except the left side is a weird electric grill that I can't wait to get rid of) but the control panel is dead as dead. No oven controls, no fan, no display, nothing. As much as I would love to ditch the thing and buy a new stove, I'm afraid we're stuck with a down-draft configuration; unfortunately repairing will be cheaper than replacing. I'm new to the whole jenn-air world, and I'm not sure what the history is with this stove. Is there an internal fuse or breaker I could try flipping?. Any ideas?

Hi.

Most likely the problem is bad relay board, located at the back of the range. There is still a chance that the clock board is bad but I would definitely start with the relay board.

The Power relay board Part number: 12001691
Part number: 12001691
