My fridge seems pretty cold as the lower half crisper drawers are actually freezing but the freezer side is warm and melting stuff. Its mostly just in the upper half of the freezer, the lower half of both the freezer and fridge seem to be very cold maybe too cold. I noticed that the evaporator fan located in the freezer doesn't seem to be coming on very often, when it comes on everything seems to work fine

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for Frigidaire FRS6LF7FW4 Frigidaire/refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is the tech sheet

Could be the fan is shot.
Measure the voltage across the fan (Item 13 in Section 2).
If it is 120 volts and the fan does not run then it is toast.

If there is no voltage then odds are that the control board (genesis) is shot.
