I have a GE Monogram double oven (Model zet3058sh1ss) that will not turn on. The control panel will not respond or even light up. I tried flipping the breaker, but that didn't help. If it helps with the diagnosis, I have heard a loud clicking noise (single click) every other day when the oven isn't in use.

Is there a way to reset the control panel, or does it sound like I need a new control panel? Thank you in advance.

Perform the troubleshooting as instructed in the attached mini-manual. This oven is not easy to work with. If you don't feel comfortable, it might be better to hire a pro.

Thank you for posting the mini guide. The other day I noticed our oven control panel was dark. I tried flipping the breaker, seeing if it was locked, in Sabbath accidentally, etc. but no luck. The lower oven light was working through all of this (goes on when the oven door is opened and off when closed) wheras the upper oven light stays off. Looking at guide i think the main logic board is the problem. Now my main concern is how difficult the replacement will be for me. Do I need special equipment? Does it require soldering? I once changed my car's motherboard but that was plug-n-play with tractor cables.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
