Just had this given to me and when it is empty the drum agitates, spins etc, fills and empties but as soon as it does get weight in it from the water, it wont go. You can hear the motor making a hum noise. I checked the belt, it is not slipping and I can turn it by hand. Is the motor bad or is it a clutch thing? Any help will be appreciated as I wanted to donate this to a needy family.
Thanks,
Woody
