After unplugging and replugging. It appears that the control panel does not work at all. One cannot get any button to work, nothing can be programmed via the control panel. The fan, fan boost, and light buttons do function as required. Possible fuse on unit blown?, if so how to repair?

Simon. Only when the door is open, or after open and closing the door. Once display is lit, one can push every button with no activity/response.

Hi. The problem is bad touch panel. You can try to clean it. Unplug the unit, open the control panel, disconnect the flex ribbon connector from the touch pad to the control board and using the pencil eraser clean the edge. If that doesn't help - replace the control panel Part number: WB07X11139
. Good luck. Simon.

. Good luck. Simon. Sun 6-17-12,Thanks, for the information, I have accessed the panel, but do not understand what you mean by cleaning the "edge" of what? I understand that the flex ribbon connector is plugged into the control panel in two locations. Am I then to remove the control panel to get the flex connector out?. It appears the flex connector is the way the buttons are reading the function buttons being pushed?

Remove two screws on the top above the grill. Slide the grill to the left and remove it. Remove the screw holding the control panel.
Thank you.
Simon.
