After a thorough cleaning two days ago, temps have not gone down. Compressor and fan are running constantly but temps are 36/47 and not moving. I threw the circuit breaker to the unit for a minute or so and no difference. I have no idea where to find the model number and I can't move the unit out, it's too darn heavy. I know I need a technician but just trying to see if it's something obvious first. Thanks. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Without the complete model number it is not much what we can do. The Model Number Locator might help you. How long time took that cleaning? Did you turn the fridge off while being doing cleaning? Gene.

Did you turn the fridge off while being doing cleaning? Gene. Thanks Gene. The model number is either PTS25LHR or SHR. Not sure of the difference in features. Its a 25 cu ft top freezer. The temp started to drop but then halted. Current temps are 33/45 and rising. The fridge was opened off and on during a 10 minute cleaning, opening and closing as needed. I've read that some units that stupidly go into defrost mode need 24 hrs to stabilize. Is this true of this model? Thanks

It is a good idea to wait till tomorrow and double check the temperature. Also you did mention that it's very hard to move the fridge but it could be necessary to pull it out of the wall to clean the condenser coils and verify how the fan next to the compressor works.
Gene.
