and when i started my first load, it overfilled and spilled onto the floor. i tried to spin it to no avail. now it lights up locks the lid and does some clicking inside, but no wash. it has been outside in the freezing weather in idaho for a while. can anyone help ?

these machines are nothing but problems, and certainly the water in basket and drain pump are not doing well outside in the freezing Idaho weather ...
