The oven was not heating properly so we purchased a new oven sensor from AppliancePartsPros.com. It was the short 3" sensor. The installation paper that came with the part said to unscrew existing sensor and pull through the nut, swap and push back in making sure not to touch back of oven. That is great but I cant get the nut through the back of the oven and going from the back would require a days effort or more since it is a wall mount and I would have to remove a lot of gas line to get it out of the wall. I was hoping there is an easier fix to get the nut through the back of the oven.

I have the same problem, and wonder how to get to the back of the oven. Any advices? Thanks,
