I have a GE WCSR4170G2WW the machine suddenly stopped spinning and would not drain100%. The motor led flash constantly and the SHAFT measured 68 ohms. Does that means that we have to replace the motor?

Reset it using the procedure on the tech notes, and if that fails to fix things (a lot of times it does) and you are not getting an error code then the motor/inverter replacement is the next thing to try.
