so it wont spin or agitate....just replaced the couplings less then 6 months ago. motor is still spinning the couplings. any 1 have any thoughts on this. looking to get this fixed asap. wife is complaining and 3 boys piling up the laundry.

If coupler is good and the motor is running It has to be the tranny if the motor is turning the coupler. they are fairly easy yo change on them.
