There is a slight rattling sound coming from the evap fan area in our freezer. I noticed a bit of frost build up on the back panel of the inside of the freezer.
Thoughts?

Sounds like there is a fault in the defrost system. Unplug the power cord. Remove the cover form the main control board on the back of the refrigerator and remove the wire from the J9 terminal. Check for continuity between this wire and the wire connected to the J7-9 pin. The freezer has to be very cold at this time. If the reading is 22 Ohms plus, replace the main control board. If the reading is different, remove the rear cover in the freezer and check the defrost heater and the overtemperature thermostat (#230 & #240 at the diagram) for continuity. It's a good idea to replace the evaporator thermistor (on top of the evaporator coils) too. - The main control board Part number: WR55X10942
