The oven will kick off after approximately 1 hour if you are trying to bake and use 3 of the cook top eyes at the same time. Has happened twice. I know the last time it did kick the 40 amp breaker. Everything appears to work time on the top and the broiler and bake except for times like this.

Sounds like a weak breaker if it's always been a 40 amp. I know where I come from generally a 50 amp breaker is used for a free standing range. Need to go by local codes though.
