Freezer and Fridge is not getting cold. I open the back panel inside the freezer section and found a build up of ice ..What could be the issue here

Use a hair dryer to defrost the coils( I assume totally covered with heavy frost) and check the heater, if there is an open section inside, it's blown open. If 9 inch long, order a new one AP4355467
