Freezer not cooling enough to make cubes, water appears on floor at RHS of freezer. Do not have ice maker. A motor runs all the time not sure if its compressor or evaporator fan. we have freexer compartment empty and inside back panel removed.
where can the water be coming from, what should we check ?
DIY book says we might have a clogged drain but the only one we can see is in the freezer and that appears clear, certainly not clogged with ice.
Help ?

Your insulation is thawing from the warm temperatures. Pull off the back panel and check if the condensing fan and compressor are running.

Thanx for the reply. Took off outer back panel, condenser fan, and compressor all appear to be running. I can see/feel the fans and the compressor is hot so I'm assuming that means it has run. Took off freezer inside back panel, heat ex coils are getting cold and forming ice, evaporator fan is running
We cleaned out freezer last night and overnight the unit only got to 28 Deg F , is it possible a leaky door seal is our sole problem ? The refrigerator is keeping cool, but not cold .
Is the insulation water filled or is it just frozen condensation ?
thanks for your help - what next steps do you suggest

Call a pro to look at it, you have system problems.
