Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/2/2012(UTC) Posts: 1		I recieved a led control key pad for the neptune tl washer, there are three functions that do not work normal, haevy duty, and super but the rest do work this must be an after market part wp made the ribbons are different connecting to the control board, the customer service rep said the part, and serial number crossed refrenced with the model # that was sent. Is there a conversion kit or a trik to get the other three functions working ?

You will need your model and serial numbers. (Those of us who respond on this Forum are volunteers and not associated with APP so our advice on parts is limited)
