I own a MAH3000AWW washer it will not wash or spin.it tries to spins with a jerking motion I checked R11 and it is not burnt. The basket turns freely.

Also pulled out motor control board no obvious damage to it so I went by the instructions on the handout that came with the washer troubleshooting. I disconnected phase c and the motor just vibrated, then I disconnected phase c and the the basket spun slowly.

I thought the problem was in the motor control board so I ohmed it out and found two shorted MOSFETS. I ordered them from Mouser for less than $2.00 each and that fixed the problem.:)
