Like a similar post earlier i also have a Maytag washer with a wobble in the drum during spin cycle. the model number is PAV2300AWW. even a very small and light load of cloths causes the drum to wobble during the rinse and spin cycle enough to cause the machine to move around the floor. Any thoughts?

It's likely one spring has sprung. Look at the base assembly drawing. Spring 18 is likely the culprit. The hooked end may have rusted off, or the hole in the sheet metal where the spring connects has rusted through. If this is the case, drill a new hole close by. Buy the new spring if necessary, too.

Good luck!
