The microwave part of our oven/micro combo built in would not shut off last night. It came on by itself after we had used it for dinner and stayed on even if you opened the door. Is this something that can be fixed and if not is there somewhere to purchase only a microwave that will hook into the space?

The comtrol pad was also blank not accepting any kind of commands. Any info? I'd rather not have to sink $2k into a wall unit right now.

Most likely the problem is a bad key panel. The black key panel has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The white key panel is available, but it is on back order. - The white key panel assembly Part number: AP2025864
