My underneath lights (that shine on the stovetop) have stopped working. We changed the bulbs but nothing. This is the only function not working. Anyone have any ideas??
Correction: the fan is not working either.

i have a kenmore microwave model # 767-8571000 it is about 10 yrs old. i would like to know what the voltage should be to lite the cooktop lites on the microwave. the bulbs are okay but they won't lite. i have used a tester and i find a weird voltage. should it be ac volts or dc volts and at what rating the rest of the microwave works. or is the problem in the pc board. i hope you can help me tks. jd549
