Was making loud banging noise on way up and down. Seems there was bind in one of the power screws causing the motor to try to reverse or something, it was overheating. After I have inspected everything I believe I will need to order new needle bearings, power nuts and caps for the power screw.

Don't know proper procedure to reingage the power screws to the ram when I put it back together.

Also don't know what the caps for the power screw are for. Did not see them when I took the unit apart.

Can anyone help?
