we dont know what parts to replace to fix this problem please help

If the motor will not cutout (stop humming), you either have a bad start capacitor, or a bad timer. If the cover will come off the timer, check it for burnt contacts.

It also can be a loose or broken wire at the motor plug.

If there is any oil on the centrifical switch it's probably bad AP3773178 only $24
