dishwasher appears to be going thru the cycle but just nosyiced - it doesn't appear that any water is entering the unit.
HELP - any suggestions?

Make sure the float inside the dishwasher is not stuck.

dome float had shifted - or got knocked around. I seated it back in the proper position and all is well.
It appears it was a simple as that.
