My old quasar microwave/convection oven is not working the dispay shows a code ffff. It will start for two seconds then shut off, this happens in both micro and covection modes. Any ideas on what wrong???:confused:

Unfortunately there is no any technical information available online for Quasar products.

Thans for responding. Additional info the FF FF is a malfunction of the Insta-Matic Frozen or Cook settings. The unit will work if left un plugged for aperiod of time for several minutes then stop, then again but a shorter time then off right away.. Could it be the DPU Board or diode??? Thanks
