when empty washer will spin but when presure is put on drum stops there not enought strenth found lose bolts at drive but haven't tightned yet i was just thinking maybe cluth???:confused:

Sure sounds like a classic clutch issue. The only way to be sure is to take the clutch out. Here is a link to how to do that and install the new clutch parts if when you take the old one out that is the problem. Clutch Replacement on Whirlpool and Kenmore WashersGood luck and let us know how it turns out.
