Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		Take off the cabinet (use the APP video library to see a video on how to disassembly the machine) and check the springs and support structure. If there is nothing obviously wrong try replacing the springs.
