I have a wall oven that is easily 15 years old, althought the computer control panel is only 4 years, and I have an issue I cannot figure out. I turned the oven on today and it went directly to broil. When I hit the bake button it only beeps, but remains on broil. The bottom element is not heating, and I reset my breaker, but the problem remains. Can anyone help?

Most likely the problem is a shorted pad(s) on the control panel.
