I have to replace the plastic cover that is in the front load washer. Is there anything special I should know before I take out the old pieces ? There is the plastic cover and that covers the glass dome that goes into the tub of the washer ?

Thanks

I have not done that, but I know of no reason why it is not just a straight forward change out.

I completed the switch, the only hang up was trying to figure out how to separate the inside panel, you have to remove the hinges from the door and that releases the panels. Other than that pretty simple.

Great, glad you got that done and thanks for updating. If any of us have to do this in the future we will know how.
